Overview
At Linked Lore Charms, all bracelets are handmade to order and personalised based on your selected size, charms, and/or quiz results. Each item is uniquely assembled for you.
Because of this, all products are considered custom-made.
Custom & Personalised Items
All items sold by Linked Lore Charms are custom-made and non-refundable, including:
- Build Your Bracelet orders
- Mystery Lore bracelets
- Any bracelet made to your selected size (link count)
- Any bracelet assembled using selected charms
Once an order is placed, production may begin shortly after. As such, all sales are final once processing begins.
Order Cancellations
Because your order is a custom, personalised order, standard 14-day cancellation rights do not apply.
However, as a goodwill gesture, we will try to accommodate cancellation requests made shortly after purchase where work on the order has not yet begun. However, cancellation may not be possible once preparation or assembly has started.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Clear photos of the item
- Your order number
If approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund (if a replacement is not possible)
Delivery & Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Orders not collected from delivery points or post offices
- Delays caused by postal services
Wear & Use Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Improper use
- Water exposure
- Accidental damage
- General wear and tear over time
Product Variations
As all bracelets are handmade and charms are sourced from small batches, minor variations may occur between items. This includes slight differences in charm finish, tone, or colour compared to website images. These natural variations are characteristic of handmade goods and are not considered defects or grounds for a refund or replacement.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer law.
